Our Custom Oils & Custom Butters are personal products and we do not accept exchanges. Any exchanges with any other product would require granted authorization. We recommend ordering our sample vial size as a sample tester. Any returns will forfeit shipping and handling charges on charge back.

For deliveries in the City of Rochester, there is a fee of $3 for orders under $20.
